Booked online and realized that it was in the hotel part and not the inn. The pictures while booking showed the inn so I was under the impression that that’s where I would be staying. When I called to ask the person at the front desk told me to cancel my reservation and rebook it through them again. So I canceled the room only to realize it said there’s no refunds so I again called the front desk and the gentleman told me that when I showed up, they would just charge me more money for the other room. He had no idea what he was talking about And what he was gonna charge me extra was well beyond the price of the inn room. I decided to go elsewhere but still ended up having to pay for a room that he told me to cancel. This used to be a fantastic place to stay with great customer service, but I would not recommend it anymore..

It's the only superior hotel and has the basics for an overnight stay: TV, comfortable beds, and air conditioning.

I'm giving them one star because there really is nothing. There was no one to answer and it wasn't that late, we called and no one answered. There are no hours on display and it doesn't say anything anywhere, terrible service. How unfortunate, they should at least take it off the map to avoid the hassle of going by and knocking or calling and there being no answer.

The Victorian Inn is a lovely hotel! We stayed there recently while visiting family and enjoyed our stay. A quiet, comfortable room with extra touches to make the stay memorable.

Very friendly service. Very clean and very much Victorian as the name would suggest. Beds are comfortable and the hotel is very quiet. You can’t be the friendliness of the new hosts! If you sat in Superior you will feel like family when you leave.

Buddy and I on a fishing trip, just needed a roof over our heads and that's what we got. The beds were broken down, you would slid to the floor if not careful. Rooms very dated and dingy. Carpet was awful. The owners seem nice. $80 is way to much. 10 minutes from the lake was great. Next time just getting cabin at lake. And don't eat at the Buffalo steak house, was awful plus what kind of steak house doesn't have ribeye?
