I have had great service here but today I ordered over the phone Crystal took my order i ordered two chicken sandwiches with bacon and cheese no pickles come to find out she just yanked two out of the food warmer added cheese and bacon didn’t even bother wrapping them up properly as the sticker is ripped from her pulling them out of the warmer if I place and order I expect a fresh cooked order not something that has been sitting there disappointing as I haven’t had any issues here

We ordered a pizza order for pick up. We went to pick it up at the time. The app said it was ready, but instead we waited for another 30 minutes in store for it to be done. There was no compensation or no discount or compensation due to the extra time that we waited. When we ate the pizza, it was not up to par that the pizza quality usually is.

Had a great experience thanks to Jessica, the kitchen manager, and Damien, the assistant store manager. The pizza was really tasty, and they both were super friendly and professional. It’s always nice when the food is good and the staff make the experience even better. Definitely appreciate their effort!

Kitchen manager and 2nd shift assistant manager, you guys were great!!!
Ordered 4 pizzas and breadsticks for a work crew, fast service, great attitudes, and very welcoming!!
Bonus points for the exceptionally clean and good smelling building, don't see that very often!!

Only have 1 register open and short staff puts Casey’s good workers in a horrible position.
Would also be nice if the windshield fluid cleaners would be filled so people can use them. They are always empty

Today my husband went to buy gasoline and water and from the moment he entered the place, two women who work there took it upon themselves to make him feel quite uncomfortable and followed him while he looked for what to buy and they did not want to lend him the bathroom key with the excuse that they did not work. but ?????the person who was behind him in line was given the keys!!! ??? his treatment was quite rude and racist!!! The best one asked for the return of the money that he had already paid for the gasoline because what he wanted to do was leave that gas station!!! What do those people think they treat customers like that!!!! it's not fair!!!

Service here is good. Tire air pressure gauge is temporarily down but should be back up. Well stocked shelves and courteous staff. The Casey's experience you would expect.

Casey's has broken gas pumps constantly. You can't ever get a receipt at the pump, always have to go inside after paying outside for gas. Then you wait in line for everyone purchasing items inside the store. It is a joke. I am certain the issue is no one refilling the register tapes at the pumps when needed. Poor management, lack of staff, poor maintenance. Mostly only get gas here.

The woman behind the counter was rude. I was passing through on my travels and I gauge an area on customer service. If she's representative, then no thanks.
