Today my husband went to buy gasoline and water and from the moment he entered the place, two women who work there took it upon themselves to make him feel quite uncomfortable and followed him while he looked for what to buy and they did not want to lend him the bathroom key with the excuse that they did not work. but ?????the person who was behind him in line was given the keys!!! ??? his treatment was quite rude and racist!!! The best one asked for the return of the money that he had already paid for the gasoline because what he wanted to do was leave that gas station!!! What do those people think they treat customers like that!!!! it's not fair!!!

Service here is good. Tire air pressure gauge is temporarily down but should be back up. Well stocked shelves and courteous staff. The Casey's experience you would expect.

Casey's has broken gas pumps constantly. You can't ever get a receipt at the pump, always have to go inside after paying outside for gas. Then you wait in line for everyone purchasing items inside the store. It is a joke. I am certain the issue is no one refilling the register tapes at the pumps when needed. Poor management, lack of staff, poor maintenance. Mostly only get gas here.

Casey’s Tecumseh, Nebraska has to be one of the busiest in our state/area. I work in a prison and our staff alone keep them busy and we are a demanding crowd that is always on a “gotta go” mindset. They always meet our needs. Add to that our prison has a rewards program that allows well-behaved inmates the opportunity to order food from them. This week they are processing 280 orders from us and meeting every demand from their “free” from prison customers. We are truly thankful for our local Casey’s and each employee! They deserve a huge bonus every time they tackle our challenge!!!

Gas pumps are not open after the store closes! Unable to pay at the pump after the store closes, not sure why this is a thing, needed gas while traveling through but unable to fill up.
