asking so much money just to see my 2 puppies who are not quiet and a little afraid and the man with the veterinarian, very bad attitude and racist, voted me out of the clinic all because you had cows to tend to. So the 2 quotes from ni 2 dogs what? and I was going to pay more than 600 dollars for them. I will never go again, they should close or only receive animals from farms. But I went to another veterinarian today and their treatment was very excellent and they were able to vaccinate me for much less money than there is and with a better friendly attitude. These people seem to have no education or empathy. I even asked my dog for water and they didn't want to give me water. and then attending to it with disgust and my dogs are from the house. Disgusting place, it's not even clean

I have never met a staff so caring and passionate about the care of a pet. I will not take my fur baby anywhere else now. Wish I would've discovered them 10 yrs ago!Oh! King Julian is adorable. He loves to greet you as you walk in.

We recently boarded our dog here an I gotta say we will never go back. When we picked him up the people at the desk didn't have a clue how to ring us out. They brought out our dog an his face, nose an legs are all bruised an swollen. His left eye has a knot an bruises above it that looked like Mike Tyson punched him in the face. One side of his nose is rubbed completely raw to the point of a scab. If this is how they treat a boarded animal I hate to see what their Vet services are like...I will say this was at the Tecumseh office!

They have great service! My pupper ended up having an allergic reaction to rabies shot so she needed a steroid shot. They were super nice with the fact that I made it in after hours for her. And the grooming on my husky/german shepherd was awesome! No more clumps all over my floor!! Thank you!

Demanded a large amount of money before even looking at my pet. Wouldn't even come to the door to talk to us. Made us do it by phone while standing outside the door and this was during business hours....

For a vet that is supposed to care about pets refusal to treat an animal or take payments is ridicous. They just told a very dear friend that they would not treat her puppy that had parvo due to inability to pay. ERs do not refuse patients that cannot pay.....you feel it is ok to tell someone that they just nees to take their beloved pet home to die. Worst possible thing to say and very poor lack of compassion. I will never take a pet here ever.

I have been very happy with the care my dogs have received from both Dr. Williams and Dr. Bohling and their staff. Everyone went above and beyond to accommodate us for our most recent visit.
