“We travel for a living and are Diamond Elite members of multiple national hotel chains. We enjoy huge discounts and great bonuses because of how often we stay with them. I would trade all of that to be able to stay at this place everywhere we go! Seriously, we have NEVER had this kind of hospitality before and we stay at some pretty comfy places!We were passing through on our way to Billings, MT and had to stop for the night due to a winter storm and icy roads. The sign said NO VACANCY and I still checked to see if a room was available. Lucky me! The clerk, Monique, made sure I had a nice comfy room. Also, I have a rather large pickup truck pulling a 30’ flatbed trailer. She came out into the snow to help me find the best place for me to park.The room was clean, comfy and warm but never mind that. We were there for less than an hour when Monique delivered to us, in our room, an awesome chili dinner that she had just hand made… complete with fresh-baked cinnamon rolls! You don’t get thoughtful courtesy like that anywhere!So, yeah, those giant chain hotels can keep their rewards points and free goodies… I’d rather have Monique’s cooking, any day!”
