“It's negative three outside and when I popped my hood to give someone a jump, my hood would no longer latch. These guys took a look, lubricated everything, made sure nothing looked broken and then explained how the cold was most likely causing the problem and I just needed to warm my car and it should go back to normal. And they were right. They didn't make me feel stupid and took the time to explain everything to me. 10/10 when something happens, I will be back”
