Carson Enterprises has transformed our backyard! They have been incredibly timely. In fact, most of the project ran ahead of schedule. We also had plenty of updates from Michael and Josiah. We had a challenging rain storm this fall and they were attentive to what needed modified. We got a lot of quotes prior to starting this project and their prices were at goal for us and we have been pleased with the work. Lastly their work crews have been great. They were polite and cleaned up each day; I always felt safe with them around and most importantly they worked hard!Services: Grading & resloping

I had a free form in-ground pool installed with some water features and a paver deck installed by Carson Enterprises between October 2022, and April 2023. The pool itself is beautiful and we are very happy with it. The issue I have with Carson Enterprises is that my pool equipment is not working properly. The installers had to return multiple times to redo the equipment plumbing on my equipment pad. They had never installed an Ozinator before and on the first install attempt, they put the ozinator before the heater. They came out a second time to switch the order so that it was correct. However, the next time they came out, they installed the pool temperature sensor on the out line of the heater causing the heater to shut off prematurely and not heat the pool. They came out a third time to change the location of the sensor. However, they did not replace the PVC pipe where the sensor was previously located, they just put a piece of rubber and a hose clamp around the hole in the pipe. I had to have them return a fourth time to replace the PVC pipe so that it was done right. After all of this, the plumbing is still not right. My ozinator is filling the chlorinator with ozone air bubbles preventing the pool from being chlorinated. Also, there is no check valve between the chlorinator and ozinator, so I’ve had concentrated chlorine back up into my ozinator and the ozinator is now not functioning. I told the project manager about my Ozinator malfunctioning, but nothing was done about it, so I contacted Hayward myself to replace the ozone bulb and they sent me a new one, but the new one failed after only 5 days. The manufacturer instructions for the Ozinator require a check valve to keep chlorine from backing into the unit. That was missed and is still missing. I was told by Pentair (the manufacturer of the chlorinator) that the chlorinator should have been plumbed “offline” instead of plumbed directly in the return line. They indicated that this would not allow the ozone air to fill the chlorine chamber with air. I called the owner at Carson Enterprises to discuss this but he never answered my calls and never responded when I left voice mail. I then emailed the owner and the project manager. The owner finally called me after receiving my email a couple weeks ago. In our call, he stated he would contact his Hayward representative to determine what needs to be done to correct the issue with getting ozone air in my chlorinator and that he would get back to me in 2-3 days. It’s been over 10 days now. I’ve left the owner MULTIPLE voice mails, sent him several text messages, and a couple emails. He is not responding to me at all. In the meantime, I’m spending $100 per week on shock to keep my pool chlorinated. While Carson Enterprises did a great job on the pool, the equipment install was botched and I cannot get them back here to correct it. It’s very unprofessional to simply ignore customer calls. My recommendation to anyone hiring Carson Enterprises, for a pool install, is to hold your final payment until ALL issues have been addressed. I made the mistake of paying my final payment and trusting they would do what they said they would do. I am now left with pool equipment that is damaged, not plumbed correctly, and not working properly. From the non-responsiveness I’ve experienced from the OWNER of this company, I’m also VERY concerned about getting my pool closed in a timely manner before winter. I’m not certain I can trust them to get it done when it needs to be done. Beautiful job on the pool… but lack of experience with modern pool equipment… and HORRIBLE responsiveness to critical issues.Services: Walkway landscaping

We were recommended Carson Enterprise by a neighbor and couldn’t be pleased more with the results. We went into it thinking we wanted a basic layout for our sloped yard something that would allow us to actually have it usable. However what transpired was truly a work of art. From the different levels that included a fire pit, Zen meditation area with water feature and even a lounge deck. The attention to detail and follow through was truly remarkable. The craftsmanship showed up from the onset of the design all the way to the end of the last boulder placement. Each member on the team was courteous and respectful of our space and allowed us to have input every step of the way. We truly appreciate this collaborative process as we couldn’t be more pleased with the results. It now feels more like we are away at a resort than just a sloped yard in a typical neighborhood. Everyone deserves their bit of heaven don’t you? We definitely have ours. Thanks Carson Enterprise team!

This is the second time and second home we've hired Carson to makeover our backyard. This time with another beautiful hardscape, fire pit and full landscaping. Extremely professional process from initial consultation, design and very timely implementation. Highly recommend and worth every dollar.

We were referred to Carson when we built our pool last year. I was overly impressed with the finished product. We had concrete, hardscaping, and landscaping done. It all looked like the initial photos of the project.....actually better. 6 months later we had some tree issues and Carson handled the issue promptly and replaced the trees. Highly recommend Carson!!
