This place used to be pretty decent but last few times I’ve been here it’s been just bad. The staff tonight were not at all friendly. They were in a grumpy mood. We bought 18.00 big pack of teriyaki jerky . And it was disgusting, hard like a rock and just not at all consumable. We hadn’t even left the parking lot and had a receipt and they refused to exchange it out or give a refund. It was the same cashier that sold it to us. We bought $60 worth of fuel at same time. Had I known they would be so rude or just unreasonable I’d had not got my fuel there and went elsewhere. This lady was a manager according to her name tag. Long dirty blonde hair older lady. She doesn’t represent that store in a friendly or welcoming manner at all!

The staff is untrained and rude. Waited 40 min and had to ask several times for someone to help fill propane tank. Went in again and the man behind the counter was saying I don’t have to get upset because I’ve been waiting almost an hour. I was not rude until he said that to me. Then I told him he’d know without a doubt when I was upset. Walked out and I will never be back. Unbelievably ignorant rude people that would have to google what customer service means. They were not that busy and I would have gladly waited, but 40 minutes of being ignored then giving me attitude when I asked for help yet again means they’ll never see another penny from me.

First off, the staff is not trained worth a nickel. I used the loves app to purchase a chewing tobacco offer that was good for each can up to 5 times a day till Sept 30 th. She said sorry it's for a different brand. I explained to her it says this is good on multiple brands mine included. She said ohh, ok. I tried buying 3 cans at 1.25 off each can. She hit 3x on register and scanned the barcode once. It only took 1.25 off the 3 cans. I explained to the ignorant attendant that each can get 1.25 off and physically showed her the offer details, she continued to argue with me. I explained it works at your Schuyler location, she shrugged her shoulders and said sorry. Maybe scan the barcode 3 times instead of entering a quantity and scan once. Obviously, they are not trained at this location. I just bought 1 can because it seems noone knows what they are doing with handling your app coupons. Don't use the app here! They have no idea what's going on, and are rude. Want things done right, drive 45 miles or so to a competent staff.

Will never shop here again. Very poor experience especially for someone just passing through. They think their company policy trumps the legal system.

Our favorite place to stop for rest room break and food on the way to Omaha. Today's stop was unpleasant. A man was in the self serve food area chatting with a female store employee while his large breed dog was allowed to run around free. No leash. It was not a service dog. The health department might be notified

Some lady named Jess L wasn't very nice when I came in and asked for my receipt. Perhaps she was having a bad night or just didn't enjoy her 4th of July....cheer up for goodness sake! 7/5/2025.

Nice quiet place to park. Store is nice and clean. Showers are clean all around nice place.

Love's at Valley NE. Location has great people working there who are willing to help you
