About Quasar Drive-In
Quasar Drive-In is a timeless, nostalgic drive-in theater that offers a simple, shared experience under the stars. It provides a retro, authentic feeling with vintage cartoons and throwback refreshment videos. The theater has two screens with a great variety of movies for all ages, including throwbacks, with sound through your car's FM radio. The grounds are well-kept, cleaner and tidier than expected, with friendly and helpful employees. Amenities include a snack bar with super good popcorn where you can add as much butter as you like, clean restrooms, and a small arcade with 80s video games and pinball. There is also a playground and lawn games like cornhole to enjoy before the movie. You can bring your own food for a fee. It is a wallet-friendly, fun, and memorable experience for families and dates, though weather and bugs can sometimes be a factor. The drive-in also hosts free movies on Thursdays for a good cause, with optional donations. It is a place to slow down and enjoy a small miracle of shared wonder.
