Based on the reviews, Valley Ace Hardware is a new, beautiful, and very clean facility in Valley. The store has a nice layout and is a decent size with lots of things for everyone, including a specialty area for bolts, nuts, and other odd items not found at big box stores. The owners and staff are very helpful, polite, and willing to go out of their way to assist customers and share their knowledge. The store provides a good, homey feeling. Customers had a wonderful experience with a grill delivery, noting the delivery man went above and beyond and was super friendly. The store is located in a spot that can save quite a drive and will have most basic needs. The helpful service and personal connection are refreshing in a day of big box stores.
