Our family has had multiple house loans and other banking assistance in our 20 plus years of working with WSB. The staff has always been friendly, professional and helpful. Even though we recently moved from the area we continue to bank with WSB.

Pros Their process to open an account is very easy and somewhat fast. One of the employees named Andrea Coakley she has the best customer service. She does not act like you are bothering her when she is helping you. She does it with a genuine smile. Cons Very backward bank. I know their main building caught on fire but these issues started way before, so they can not use that as an excuse. DIRECT DEPOSIT it does not show up in your account till 4pm of your pay day or until you call them to have bookkeeping manually make that money available. TRANSFERS you cannot transfer to someone that banks with them online or on the app, you have to call book keeping to do it and it will not show up the same day following day around noon. If someone puts cash in your account, it wont show on your account until the following day. They said cut off is 3 but someone put money in my account at noon on Friday, and I did not see that money till Monday. SO in case of an emergency, they are not a good option. LOST/STOLEN CARDS, the number they have on their website is wrong. I called to report my card lost after hours, and the guy said we no longer do business with Wahoo State Bank, its been years now. SO Wrong information on their site. Anything you need to do, you have to call bookkeeping. And its not like they are the friendliest people. They sound bored and bothered to help you on the phone. Two words for this bank, OUTDATED and INEFFICIENT.
