“I really like how well the person does the prewash. I live on gravel roads and the wheel wells get packed with mud. I appreciate the time he spends on them and the back window where dirt collects. The machine wash does a great job. There's always a little dirt still oozing out of crevices in the back but the car is fabulously cleaned.”
