As a relatively new client to both Sarj (Sarah) and hair extensions I am very happy with the services at OneSalon. Sarj is a pro and has many years of experience and training. Extensions are a commitment in time, dollars and upkeep. Well worth the investment! Sarj takes time to explain and educate her clients on how to best enjoy the many benefits of this upscale opportunity. Highly recommend and worthy of this five star review. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I love this salon. The atmosphere is super chill and relaxed. Madison is phenomenal and talks you through every step of the way. My daughter and I have gone to her. She's the only artist in this area that we have found who knows how to cut curly hair. I was happy after my cut and I have NEVER seen my daughter so happy after a hair cut. Highly recommend - it's worth the drive.

Sarah has made me feel comfortable and assured from the moment I started seeing her. I trust her expertise without hesitation. She is so knowledgeable and confident in her craft and it shows in the work she does. Additionally her salon is beautiful and welcoming and it feels like I’m getting the VIP service everytime I’m there. I feel like I’m in the best hands with Sarah!

Best hair experience of my life! I was nervous to get my hair colored for the first time, but Nicole set my mind at ease and I was blown away by the finished product. I wanted to add some color and dimension while still looking natural, and she absolutely nailed it. The whole experience was wonderfully luxurious, from the beautiful salon setting to the little touches like coffee being offered, and Nicole was so fun and easy to chat with. 1000% worth the drive out to Waterloo, and I'll be back for ALL of my hair needs!Services: Shampoo & conditioning

OneSalon is AMAZING. The high level customer service of customer service that I received from my very first appointment and every appointment after that is exceptional. Sarah takes so much time to get to know her clients, what they love about their hair, what they want to change and works her magic. Beyond the actual hair services, the extra touches like coffee, warm scented towels with the scent of your choice, snacks etc. make this place incredible!
