“I came in for an oil change. They found a air hose was broken . They showed me the problem, discussed price and replace the hose . My wiper blades were also worn and I requested a replacement. The whole process was maybe 30 min including the wait time to start. I appreciate this kind of service and would recommend others to use this facility.”

“My alternator and battery died as soon as I got into Lincoln. Luckily I was less than a mile from Meineke. I'd never been there before and honestly I was skeptical after looking at reviews because they were all pretty positive. I'm glad I went with them after all. They got my vehicle towed to there shop with no cost, they were very thorough and told me exactly what was wrong. They didn't try overselling me. The part wouldn't come in for 3 days so they picked me up from work and lent me a loner for the time being. Even after my car was fixed, they let me borrow the loner until it was convenient for me to bring it back in because of the cold and living out of town. I didn't have enough savings to pay out of pocket at the time.They gave me a couple of payment options to get it taken care of and were very understanding. I am so grateful I ended up there. They have a wonderful and welcoming team. I will be going again when needed!”

They also delivered my car to me for free the last time I took it in. I was having a rough day at work and that made everything 1000 times better!
