Their pro (Justin) performed an extremely thorough review of the truck and provided me with a detailed report and e-mail on all findings. This included pictures, videos, and ratings. I was even able to send over a list of areas I wanted extra focus on, and certain tests I wanted to have done. At the end I was able to speak to Justin on the phone as well and discuss his findings. “I came in for an oil change. They found a air hose was broken . They showed me the problem, discussed price and replace the hose . My wiper blades were also worn and I requested a replacement. The whole process was maybe 30 min including the wait time to start. I appreciate this kind of service and would recommend others to use this facility.”

“I took my car to Sid Dillon because it wouldn’t start, and I was originally told I needed a new engine. A family member recommended I get a second opinion and take my car to Otto Performance, and I’m so glad I did. They were able to fix my car without replacing the engine and even gave me a 3-year warranty on the replaced part.
The mechanics explained everything clearly so I could understand what caused the problem. They are very welcoming, friendly, and truly know what they’re doing.
