Always hearing about safety and farm implements... So a Grossenburg low boy flat bed driving through Norfolk Nebraska this afternoon no wide load signage visible from the rear and no flashing lights of any kind. Taking up both lanes of travel. South Dakota trailer plates. I have a photo but no option to post it.

Brought my JD 826 snowblower in for a preventive maintenance tune-up. Got a call saying it quit running. They said no spark and they don't sell parts for this machine anymore. They asked if we wanted to throw it in the scrap pile. After the bad news we purchased a new Ariens snowblower for the local service. After bringing the old snowblower home, I replaced the coil with what I found on Amazon and installed a new spark plug. The snowblower started running. Then I noticed it was running extremely rich with the black smoke and it would die after throttle up. Carb settings were way off. Snowblower carb settings were better before the John Deere tech started making adjustments. The machine probably didn't need a coil, shame on me for assuming it was bad.The new snowblower was an expensive tune-up for the old one, but the staff is always friendly and easy to work with!
