Stanley Steamer came on Friday to clean in bedroom, hallway, living room & dining room. I had all the small stuff in the rooms moved out! They were about 2 hrs late, showing up! I showed the man where I knew spots were from cats vomiting! He took a weed sprayer with a mist, so Fine you could hardly see it. He walked around just waving the wand, no way to get a stain wet! From the time he started his machine in his truck until he was done, about 50 to 55 mins. He went so fast with his spray/vacuum unit, noway could he suck much dirt up! When done, he Sprayed Scotchguard so fast, with a fine mist again. He did work a little harder on a couple spots, when I pointed them out. He had me look at carpet, but it hard to tell when it's wet. He couldn't of used much water as we never had any condensation on the windows! When carpet was dry about 4 to 5 hrs later you could still see stains! Not very impressed with the workmanship of this job! I'm a nice guy, and even tipped the guy, cost me $220 for work & tip. You could see the water was hot, and he could have done better if he presprayed the spots better, and did a slower job of spraying the hot water and vacuuming. In past I've used a Rug Doctor, myself, and git a better cleaning job, but since 5 back surgeries, I just can't do the work! They never even did follow-up call to see if we were happy with the work. All & all, Stanley Steamer, was a ONE TIME VISIT TO OUR HOUSE, AND WON'T BE ASKED BACK!

Garcia Johnson out of Wayne was professional and right on time! Even took time to do some walkways in our bedroom, which wasn't scheduled. Very reasonably priced. 5 stars!

I highly recommend Stanley's Steamers. My carpet was badly stained with stains from my late kitty Peace Rose. She was very sick then. But Garcia got all the stains out and did the entire carpets in both my living room and bedroom. If you have a pet I also highly recommend this cleaning service. I now have a new little kitty who is very curious. And she was just that with Garcia. He was very patient with my little kitty during the entire cleaning process. And when he got ready to leave, he patiently waited to ensure that my kitty was a safe distance from his truck. As a kitty owner I really appreciated that kindness. Most of the time my new kitty is afraid of strangers. But not this time. And I think it was because of Garcia's gentleness and patience with her. Garcia did a great job cleaning my sectional, ottoman and chair! He was very kind and knowledgeable! It was so simple and convenient to go on their website, be able to pick exactly what I needed done and get the quote right then. I was also able to schedule the date just as easily. Great experience!

I have a rental home in Nebraska that I booked a cleaning for. Garcia came out and was very professional and got the carpets looking new again for the new tenant. Highly recommend.
