I live in rural Nebraska and the company that I have had internet with for years no longer supports this area. I checked out ALL the internet companies and all told me I wasn't in their service area. I decided to check with Viaero in Wayne and Ron was the only one who didn't just dismiss my problem. He and Cliff (the installer) tried several different options for me after both had come to our house several times to evaluate what would work and what wouldn't. Ron, Cliff, and the support people in Colorado had many conversations to figure out how they could help me. Because of their dedication, I now have internet again. And because I have internet again, I was able to sign up for their phone service. For the first time ever, I can actually make phone calls on my cell phone while sitting in my house. Both internet and phone are working perfectly. These guys care and I highly recommend them.

The Billing app is awful, I always have to reset my password because it says it's wrong everytime. Sometimes I have to rest it more than once in one sitting.

I was overcharged after canceling my account. (They had poor service in town.) And was forced to take a check by mail instead of reimbursement on my card. All other businesses return on card. My guess is they hope the check gets lost on the mail. Good riddance. Switch to straight talk.

I got my service through them when they were new to the area because they had good in-person customer service and unlimited data. Now I go into the store and the employees can't look up from their own phones long enough to help.

Visited the store for a time consuming transaction near closing hours, Ron provided me with excellent service with an above and beyond attitude. Totally recommend.

Internet service NEVER works & when I call to get them to fix it they always say that it should be working & everything looks fine on their end. Fed up with paying over $100 a month for internet & it only working less than half the time.

Absolutely the WORST Internet service we have ever had!! Will be canceling our service Monday morning. Resetting my box has become a 10x a day routine. Buffering the majority of the day. Save yourself the frustration and go with a different provider!
