Hands down the best gas station I've been to. They gave us pliers and jumper cables because we were having car trouble. Couldn't thank you guys more, genuinely lifesavers. Shoutout to Raheem, Legein, and Shannon. You guys deserve a raise. Love you three!!!

Tonight we order a medium pizza and it was awful. The pizza was under cooked and cold. When we got into the store we had to ask for our pizza as two of the employee's were talking and not waiting in customers! Our pizza was just sitting on the edge of the oven and the guy said your pizza still needs cut. This store use to have great food and service but the last 6 months it has been awful. The store is dirty and so unorganized. Ridiculous that the employee's were standing around laughing and talking and not helping customers! We will not be ordering from casey in West point again.

Our pizza from Casey's last night , it was cooled off to where it wasn't warm and our pizza tasted doughy ( under cooked ). We heard the West Point Casey's was getting bad with service and cooking but we like Casey's pizza but we won't be getting pizza from there ever again !!

I normally am not one to leave reviews especially bad ones but we order pizza from here probably 2-3 times a month and in the last few months the service and quality of our food has gone downhill immensely. Tonight we ordered pizza and cheesesticks, and my husband went to pick it up. It took him roughly 20 minutes in the store because they gave our food to the wrong people, had to locate those people, and had to remake our breadstick because they gave it to someone else. My husband gets home, and we sit down to eat and I immediately notice black spots all over both the pizza and the cheesebread. I thought maybe it was burnt cheese but upon further inspection it was literally the flakes off the dirty oven racks. It smelled like cleaner. We each took one bite before realizing what was on the food and then threw it away.This is absolutely awful, and people could get sick from this. I love Casey's pizza but it will be a long time before I order from the West Point branch again.

DISGUSTING BATHROOMS AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.I was really hoping this was a one-off thing, but it isn't. It's happened three times now. The women's toilets are covered in filth, and the floors are sticky. There's toilet paper all over the floor.The cashiers don't greet you when you go to the register. Actually, they don't speak to you AT ALL. The cashier who prompted this review walked away from the register to talk to the kitchen worker without telling me my total. I wasn't even sure if he'd rung up my kitchen items. He still hadn't come back by the time I finished paying, and there were still 4 people in line behind me. Hopefully, they got better service than I did.

Rudeness at its finest. Not even a hello when I said it to the cashier. Looking at her phone and texting as she rang me out. Said absolutely nothing at all.

Out of all the Casey’s I have been too, it has been the cleanest and neatest one. One of the workers (Jazmyne) made sure that I had a smile on my face, helped me look for things that I couldn’t find. Over-all a wonderful place!
