This place is ridiculously busy and the pumps are too close to the store. There is always a line and sometimes even with open but inaccessible pumps. The parking area is also full and there is no where to stop. Please remodel and create a better flow. Even some better painted lines to guide traffic would be helpful.

6 pumps all in a row. Couldn’t even get in with our trailer as the line of cars didn’t allow for waiting for the next pump without blocking others. Semis all having to wait to get to their pumps as well.
As others have said, skip this one if you need gas.

The guy works at main counter I requested him that i’m waiting for the shower from the last 2 hours and he didn’t do anything and replied ** Step aside as he can’t do anything about this** 2 shower were needed to be clean from last 2 hour but they don’t give a shit and care about drivers. I request Flying J management to hire people with good attitude as well as with moral values towards community.
And i saw the cleaning guy he was doing cleaning with the #Towels that they provide to Truck driver for shower this is way to disrespectful and against health/safety law of states.
Regional GM please take care of this ASAP.

Don’t even go to this pilot went in there to get fuel. Parking lot is full of people parked in. It can’t even get to to the fuel pumps don’t waste your time by stopping here

In morning i went to this gas station to fuel up my semi truck. I parked on pump #20 and went inside to pay and activate fueling but the guy working at front (name: GIL) activate the wrong pump with my payment and someone else fuel up his truck about $545. I went inside that my pump is not activated yet than he turned on my pump after fueling when I come back to counter. He gave me 2 receipts of fuel one of $545 and another $595 (which is mine). I asked him solve this issue because i was charged twice for two different pumps. But they didn’t listen to me as it was his mistake to turn on the wrong pump. All other workers were defending him as well. And they started talking rudely to me. Be careful guys

Really crowded, only four gas pumps. Then he dozens of semi trucks. Impossible to Gas our RV. We left without fueling. July 9 1130.

This place was under construction and a pain to get gas. Otherwise, the store and facilities were nicely maintained.

These peoples here workers just walking around like they dont work here just hanging in like nothing i was waiting for shower beeen an hour and no one was in shower and they just let 4 5 peoples waiting for that long like nothing nobody in showwr just wait time showing bcz they didn’t clean the shower yet like seriously mannn??? 4 peoples working here walking alll over but just doesn’t have time for clean shower so peoples can use cmon mannn !!!! Do your job goood atleast what pays youuuu .

Only 6 pumps, they were doing construction so only the side entrance was open. Poor selection of food.
