“I have known Diane all my life, so it was no question who we would go with for my son's Snowball tuxedo.. Dianes Dresses! Last year, his tux fit amazing! This year we wanted the same slim tux as last year, just in a different style. Due to a snow storm the tux came later than expected and it was not the slim fit we wanted. I called Diane right away to see if there was anything she could do with only 4 days left until Snowball. She had a smaller one shipped from out of state overnight on a plane! Unfortunately, another snow storm hit and the new tux did not get here in time. I had been in contact with Diane the whole time and she assured me she would make it right for our troubles. Since he still had a tux to wear, I really didn't want any kind of refund and I expressed that to her. Unbeknownst to me and 5 days later, there was a check in my mail for a FULL refund! Thank you so much to Diane's Dresses for the great customer service and I can't recommend this place enough!”
