The staff at Ace in York are always knowledgeable and SO helpful!! I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door 😊 and was able to get just what I needed from the paint department.

Please hire someone who knows how to make paint on the weekends. I came on a Friday and the long hair curly haired guy acted like he had no idea how to make my white paint and it took him forever, Then he spilled it all over the can so I asked him to wipe it up so I didn’t get it all over my new car, other wise he’d leave wet paint all over the can. Argh! Well, fast-forward a couple weeks later, I had him make me black paint 2 separate pints of it and the first one took soooooo long for him to make and the second one he spilled it all over/smashed the lid & splattered everywhere and told me he had to remake it, and we literally were there for almost an hour waiting on him to make paint! The can he did make, again had paint all over the can so I asked him to wipe it off. We gave up and said forget it on the second pint as we didn’t have that much time to wait on him. We’re all about forgiveness and giving people second chances but we have decided we are going elsewhere for paint! We don’t have an hour to waste or want messy cans
