“The team at O’Reilly in York are second to none. I had a low battery that I took to get checked. After cleaning off some corrosion, the battery was still too low to test. Melvin pulled the battery out and took it in to charge and test. In doing so, he also realized one of the terminal connectors was broken, and he helped me find a new one. Since it was going to take 30 minutes to charge, I went and grabbed some dinner. When I came back, he had already changed out the broken connector, reinstalled the battery, and tested everything to make sure there weren’t any other issues. I can’t say enough good about the work they are doing. This is the type of kindness and service that we need more of in this world.”
