I will never go back to Carquest I ordered a part from them they ordered the wrong part went to go return it have a little bit of smudged oil on it from my mechanic the guy proceeded to yell at me and treat me badly and I will never go back and I will never ever ever recommend anybody to go there customer service sucked they need to be more personable and more polite

Went in the first time to get stuff for resealing my window on my car. Told an old guy what I needed, he grabbed 'seam sealer' and it seemed like he knew what I needed. He didn't, so, I had to go back the next day to get the correct sealant, they sold me expired urethane window sealant and I can't return an already broken seal tube. So I'm out $37. If you go here check expiration dates and find it yourself, they don't care if they sell you expired things.

Always get what i pay for, they have went above and beyond to help find parts that i need if they cant find it in their store, always freindly and helpful never gotten a wrong part. They know cars too so they can help find the right part.
