Came in 8/16 at 1pm, the lady at the front register was extremely rude, she did not have a name tag but had two lip piercings and wore glasses, she sat on a chair feet laid up with AirPods in completely ignoring us, when we went to check out she shewed us away with a hand motion and made us wait until she was done playing on her phone waiting on someone else who walked away to check out when she had more than plenty of time to check us out before he came back. Then checked us out with no words and offered no bag, once we asked for one she simply handed it to us. No sense of customer service and extremely rude.

Make sure you have enough money in your bank account before you use a debit card at Caseys.
I was going to get gas on Monday March 17th.
When the pump seemed to freeze up when it got to the rewards section, So I was unable to get gas.
I went in Side.
And was offered no resolution to the situation.
Caseys Withheld a hundred and fifty dollars for my checking account from March 17th to March 22nd, And remember I never was able to get gas. If I had only a $150 in my checking account I would not have been able to purchase anything during that whole week.I think this is a ridiculous situation.
I did contact the company to no satisfaction.

Can't even talk to someone over the phone. Every time you try to call, they end up hanging up on you. That's not the only issue I've had with this Casey's. I understand if yall are busy, but sometimes kitchen staff can be rude. This is why most people prefer to go to the north side.

The woman making pizza's saw me going to the warmer to grab pizza and started pulling them out. This is the third time ive seen her do this to me or someone in front of me. The pizza wasn't old and she only took the one I was trying to grab. Again, she has done this before. It's odd. I'm not sure if she's playing a game or simply has a few screws loose.

A decent little place. Building is on the older side and definitely feels a bit cramped and a bit drab on the inside. Good place for energy drinks.

Should probably worry about fixing the gas card readers instead of installed a machine that charges $1.75 for 3 minutes of air.

I love Casey’s. Add DoorDash, and you have a delivery extravaganza. Great pizza and snacks, beer and home essentials at your door. Love it.

We've always stopped at Casey's because they always had good coffee and we could depend on every Casey's having the same good coffee. Now the manager told us that all of the Casey's are going to the machines! So we will no longer be stopping at Casey's. Coffee out of the machines is more bitter and has a definite instant flavor. So disappointed!

Ever since they put in their new machines, they only work 10% of the time, and when they do work, they're really slow. For the longest time they refused to turn on tap-to-pay, even though the machines offered it.

All I needed was 35 psi in driver side rear 25 psi in the rear passenger n 6 psi or less in both fronts... Sailboat fuel... Tornado mixing. À I. R. Always free, if it's not frozen.... ???
