I ordered a small pizza, salad and bread sticks. They sent it out by DoorDash. Pick up person could not find my address and could not speak English very well. When they called me I tried to help but they could not tell me where they were plus they hung up on me. When I called Casey’s they were absolutely no help. Said to get a hold of Door dash. They gave me a number to Door Dash which was no longer In service. When Door Dash finally found me my food was warm instead of hot. I am .4 tenths of a mile from this Casey’s and they had no idea where I was either. I like Casey’s food but this makes me not to want to order from them again.

The cashier was nice and courteous but having to pay for air to put in tires that says it last for 3.5 mins is ridiculous. The air doesn't constantly flow and it only increases your tire pressure by 1 or 2 points at a time. It took the whole charge per tire. That is unacceptable.

Went in Valentine’s night and the guy clearly does not care about his job. Waited forever to get cigarettes after seeing him not even charge the customer in front of me for some of their stuff. Told me he was new, do you guys not train the newbies how to scan a barcode?Wish the Casey’s in my town gave away stuff.

It just takes long sometimes. Pumps are slow. Usually a line at the register. They can benefit from having two people instead of 1. If Casey's rewards were streamlined it would be much better. Too long to pay. Just a busy store. Customer service is usually great.

My boys along with my nephew and their friend went to the north Casey on Saturday April 29th, 2023 a little before midnight and the cashier there was very rude. He cussed at them and threw the change back at them. Something needs to be done because no customer should be treated like that.

Went in at 5:30 to grab a breakfast sandwich and a coffee drink. Nothing was ready..no sandwiches, pizza, anything. If the store opens at 4, one would be led to believe stuff would be ready..If the person I assume is the store manager actually is, I believe they have the wrong person in that position. She parks in the customer parking area instead of the team member area and is ALWAYS quite unpleasant. She was slowly making sandwiches when I stopped in, but none were even close to ready. I hate giving bad reviews, but this happens pretty often.
