My favorite thing to do is to go thrifting and living in York this is a place I frequent weekly. The pricing of things is outrageous. Compared to other Goodwills I have been to (Omaha, Columbus, Grand Island, etc.) This Goodwill prices a USED towel at $6.99 (you can get the same thing at Walmart NEW for $3) A scuffed up Disney toy $8.99-11.99, a used and broken plastic laundry basket $6.99, I one time saw a box for a External Hardrive for the computer, for $20 I thought that was a good price, I open the box to check it out A BOX OF BROKEN CANDLES…$20..WOW! I just don’t understand, this company gets these items for free from donations, they would sell more if they dropped the prices of these items. Like I said I come in weekly just to see if there is anything worth the prices, and I usually see many things but the prices make me put them back, especially if I can get it cheaper new, and a lot of these items have been sitting there for a while. They have an ORANGE TAG sale all of the time and never seem to change it…but you never see anything that has an orange tag. I’ve even over heard the workers say “I checked this on eBay” it’s a thrift store. Please do better.

Was super dirty, more than any other goodwill I've been to. Everything was color coordinated instead of by size that's stupid in my opinion makes it hard to find stuff in your size. Employees were rude and didn't know how to do their job. They charged me twice for my stuff I bought and told me they would refund me... still haven't seen a refund and that was 2 days ago. Will not be going back even after I just donated 5 bags of my stuff. Wish I would have taken all of my stuff somewhere else.

Usually find good deals every time I go in, but the prices have gone way up some exceeding what that item sells for currently at Walmart. Not open on Sundays and don't open till 11:00. One of the few places that did not go back to regular hours of operation before covid. Only 6 hours a day 6 days a week.

They get a lot of unusual items always a treat to stop in. Just wish they would stay open until 5:30 instead of closing at 5pm limits how often I can go there

The rudest and worst customer service I have ever come across in my entire life. If I could give this place a 0 I would. The guy working at the counter had the worst attitude. I would never suggest this place to my friends.
