“Second visit here, clean rooms, first time I had great customer service, this time around not so much. Front desk clerk while checking in was terrible, came down for breakfast this morning and accidentally spilled my half cup of coffee, the carafe was empty. I asked front desk that wasn’t even out front for help, they said someone would be out, well she came and I apologized 3 different times as I consider myself a pretty kind and nice person. She cleaned it up and told me to not spill anything again and leave such a mess! I was thinking are you kidding me, I guess people can’t have accidents and spill stuff. Then argued with me. I have worked customer service and this is HORRIBLE customer service to say the least.”

“Booked a room at the Days Inn down the road and after one night went desperately searching for a different hotel! Jenn ( I think) at Best Western was super friendly, down to earth, and got us a great room for a great price! Pool, room, breakfast, and in hotel Applebee's were all clean and good! Thank goodness as I could not see our family staying the whole weekend at the other one unfortunately. If you stay here get the jacuzzi suite. ?”

“Jordan was a godsend!! He didn't have to and could of easily said no but when my car wouldn't start he offered to give me a jump! In -14 degree temperatures I am thankful for that! He deserves a raise or recognition for this!! The front desk lady that worked yesterday afternoon (1/13/2024) was so nice! She was able to get us a room and we had a warm place to stay during the "snowpocalypse 2024". Next time I come to York or I have something that I need to do and it requires me to spend the night I will definitely be coming back to this hotel!! Only thing that I wish they had was the pool up and running but I know they have to maintain it sometimes! Other than that both of them were extremely nice and very accommodating.”

“Excellent service. The rooms are clean and are very equipped with hair dryer, iron, microwave, frigidaire and A/C new. They have an indoor pool clean. The breakfast is available Monday to Friday 'till 9 hrs and the weekend 'till 10 hrs.This hotel is super recommended”

“Room is fine. Its quite .its clean .its AC work very well. I saw the pool was full of kids and parents. Looked wonderful. Sure hope breakfast is as good as I'm hoping for. But even if it isn't. There's plenty of restaurants very close by. Did say the price is right ? The price is great for the value. Thanks . But ! This foom did have a cloth covered chair that was stained pretty badly. Sure is sad it not been cleaned or recovered ?”

“Even with a need for room fix, the staff was nice and helped resolve the issue quickly. Cheapest in town and even with very limited availability in town (soccer) they were able to help.”
“Stayed two nights for work. Hotel was very clean and remodeled front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is good close to restaurants and the freeway. Beds are comfortable bathroom was very clean and well stocked. Soft towels and a nice tv.”
