On the way to Sturgis when we encountered an emissions problem, Friday 8-1. Amy was a great help and my truck was taken into service right away!!!
Extremely grateful! Parts were in inventory and we were on the road in 2 1/2 hours !!!

Boy do i have a story to tell.
TL;DR: the folks here are the nicest and fastest, most hard-working people ive met in a long time. Theyre so genuine and i would recommend this place to anyone.
My bestfriend and i are on our way to Minnesota from Colorado Springs. A decent drive indeed at around 14 and a half hours. Very manageable. However at 7 hours and 15 minutes in the vacuum pump went out and we couldnt stop the car. Broke down a few hundred miles away from home and a few hundred miles the other direction is our destination. Slept in a walmart parking lot for 3 hours until they opened until we showed up at 8 on the dot and explained the situation. The man in the front very quickly had a sense of urgency and quickly got our car in to be looked at and within 15 minutes they found the problem, had a price, and a time estimate for completion. Not only did they deliver on what they quoted, they were SPOT ON. The technician was very kind and well-spoken, and completed the task on the dot. Down to the very minute. These folks were very nice to us and my friend and i will never forget the kindness of every individual we spoke with during our chaotic adventure. Thank you so much! You guys CRUSHED it!! ?

Worst costumer service experience I’ve had experienced in a long time. Car broke down so I didn’t have much option when picking car work. Lady at the counter was rude upon arrival only asking what we wanted. Upon completion of the car they didn’t contact us and proceeded to not do a safety drive. The lady at the front desk is also very confrontational. Hopefully you won’t have the disservice I had or maybe you just will be lucky enough to not have to do business with them.

I was really impressed with our service experience from AJ. We had a weekend vehicle emergency and AJ stayed an hour+ after his shift, on a Saturday, to diagnose the problem and reset the computer. AJ was super knowledgeable, informative, and friendly. I would feel comfortable sending anybody to have AJ work on their vehicle. These guys are rockstars.

We've bought a couple vehicles from the folks at John Kohl. Ben is easy to do business with, there is no pressure, and his wife runs a seamless transaction with the paperwork. The other guys charge you a doc fee to still waste too much of your time getting things done. If you want to buy a vehicle, cut to the bottom line, and not waste all day talking about things you don't want, this is the place. Five star car buying experience.

Cracked my dash when they changed the passenger airbag on my Tahoe and did nothing about it and the service airbag came on after they changed it and when I called them about it they argued about it and we're talking about another person's vehicle history and I tried explaining that wasn't mine they insisted it was

Stopped at 3 different gas stations in York to fill our low tire, every single air pump was out of order. Stopped by Chevy as our last resort, and the kind lady there helped us fill up our tires on this bitterly cold day. Thank you for your kindness, it was greatly appreciated!
