I have an account with Phillips 66, but the pump at this crappy gas station isn't working to enter my account information. Plus, the cashier doesn't know how to fix my problem. It's terrible knowing that the equipment isn't working and the staff is incompetent 🤬🤬🤬

Restrooms are disgusting, I walked into a stall and immediately turned around to wait for another one but the one I used was disgusting as well which is the one in the video I may not come back to this facility it's just too dirty for me

Antiquated pumps that don't print a receipt. The bathroom was appalling! It smelled soooo bad, dirty stained toilets and sinks. My advice try a different station.

I have been here on several occasions and this parking lot has never changed the holes are beyond huge, literally some are two feet deep and 5ft across and horrible on your truck even when trying to avoid them and NONE of the parking spots are striped well enough to see even during the day so everyone parks where they park. WHY DO YALL NOT CARE ABOUT THE DRIVERS??? Do better!!!

Worst customer service, don’t know how to talk and assist customers. He is so rude over the call. Disconnect the call. He needs to learn how to deal with the customers.

This is going to be short and sweet. Do not watch a truck driver pull into a spot and 8 hours later on a Saturday evening wake them up. Remember we’re not all idiots that just hold a wheel. Multiple violations could be called in that can even be spotted from the road that the fire chiefs and OSHA HAVE TO follow up on and investigate if complaints are formally filed , which takes a total of 10 minutes.
Respect is earned, do better.
