Terrible! Windshield cleaning stations were all broken or empty and had been for weeks. The staff was full of excuses and unwilling to help. No soap in the men's room and no toilet paper in the women's room. Spend your money somewhere else!

The place was clean, well laid out, and the bathroom was amazing! The faucet was super crazy cool. It was l shaped and contained the soap, water, and handblower! 🤯

I absolutely love the new store, and the addition of Quiznos is fantastic. During my visit, I had the pleasure of being helped by an employee named Heidi, who was truly exceptional. She took the time to listen attentively and went out of her way to help me find exactly what I was looking for.
Heidi, along with Neelix from your other location, exemplifies what outstanding customer service should be. Both employees consistently go above and beyond, setting a standard that others should strive to meet. They genuinely elevate the customer experience, and I sincerely believe they deserve recognition—and a raise—for their dedication and professionalism.
Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for all of your staff. There are a few individuals whose attitude suggests a clear dissatisfaction with their work, and it detracts from the otherwise positive experience your stores offer.
Nonetheless, Heidi and Neelix stand out as shining examples of what makes your stores a pleasure to visit. The 5 starts are for the overall experience. I will say I've had some 1 star visits but it's Russian Roulette on the experience you'll receive.

Whoever the lady is that's working today is absolutely RUDE!!!! A customer kindly asked for extra frosting & she threw a fit and walked off with an attitude, the customer told her nicely nevermind & she ignored it & went over to get on her phone.

Last night I pulled in and filled my car a little before 2am. I filled it and went to continue my trip west, when just a few miles outside of town my car started to loss power and sounded very rough. Thankfully, I was able to get turned around and made not back to town. When I called this morning the employee on shift couldn't help and told me to call back in an hour. I called later and still was unable to talk to a manager. My husband came to get me and our car, we went back to the station and even with being told their gas could possibly be a problem they were still selling it! We will be sending in samples of the fuel since we have the receipt stating what has I purchased. We still have yet to hear from a Manager about the possible problem. Definitely, steer clear since they apparently would rather make money selling gas that could possibly be in the wrong tanks rather than closing them down and saving car issues for their customer!

Justin was a great and friendly person! He held the door open and made some friendly conversations with my family and I who was headed home from our vacation! He also was a salesmen and got us to get some cinnamon rolls. Justin needs a raise!!

These baristas were friendly and totally got my drink order. They understood what I needed and made me awesome drinks. Would highly recommend this store for how much they listen to me as a customer. Great staff!

Justin is a freaking rock star! He made our experience just fantastic. He was friendly, recommended great snacks and even gave us the name of a great place to stop for dinner a couple of hours down the road as we continued our road trip. I've never once had reason to write a review about a rest stop employee until now - I sincerely hope Justin is being recognized by his management as the stellar asset he is!

Was just in pump and pantry never have had an issue ever till tonight sat in the gas station waiting patiently wasnt rude or rushing her cause she was in the back grabbing pans or whatever Katrina walks out with the pans sees me standing there and ignores me after looking me in the eyes and continues to mess with the pans
