the room is clean and bright. The room is comfortable, the bed and pillows are comfortable.

Jordan was a godsend!! He didn't have to and could of easily said no but when my car wouldn't start he offered to give me a jump! In -14 degree temperatures I am thankful for that! He deserves a raise or recognition for this!! The front desk lady that worked yesterday afternoon (1/13/2024) was so nice! She was able to get us a room and we had a warm place to stay during the "snowpocalypse 2024". Next time I come to York or I have something that I need to do and it requires me to spend the night I will definitely be coming back to this hotel!! Only thing that I wish they had was the pool up and running but I know they have to maintain it sometimes! Other than that both of them were extremely nice and very accommodating.

Very clean room. Smelled good too. Staff were amazing especially the girl at the front desk. She was very nice and helpful. I wish all the quality inns were like this one.

The absolute best part of this hotel was the employee who took my same night reservation, Ashlynn. She was an absolute pleasure to speak with, and without ignoring her normal duties (I could hear her cleaning counters and organizing while we spoke) she stayed on the phone with me for a bit while I drove down a dark unfamiliar road late in the middle of the night to get there. She even wrote a note that was given to me when I arrived, which was an extremely welcomed personal touch. I will say, the room, while clean, did seem.. humid? It was odd lol. And the wall by the TV looked like there had been a major leak under the wallpaper that wasn't fixed, which may be why it seemed so moist everywhere. Like a steam room that had gone cold. I've never seen or felt anything like it in a hotel room but hey- its better than having your sinuses dry out, right? There IS a charge for ES animals, but not for service animals. $20. I was initially told there wasn't a fee if they were ESA, and was fine with it if it was an error, but it became slightly awkward ? minor note- smaller animals can get under the mattresses, in between the bed frame base and mattress,as there is a gap and multiple holes, so if you have a smaller pet that might hide, be wary. I was late getting out of the room due to that, but did leave a tip for each house cleaning staff member on at the time due to the 10 min late check out. Anyone who doesn't understand that they need to have rooms finished by 11:30, so they can clock out, doesnt understand how smaller hotels work. Can't comment on the breakfast, as I didn't eat, but they were super kind in putting coffee out for me, and grabbing some creamer :) So no, it isn't the Ritz, it is a little hotel in York Nebraska, with simple rooms, but the staff was really kind, and my room was clean, didn't smell funky- despite being animal friendly, the air conditioner worked well, and they have a parking lot for rvs and 5th wheels next to the hotel which is also super handy. Quick on-off the freeway, and it was quiet for the 6 hrs I slept- and that was all I needed. Ashlynn made my entire trip though, just by keeping me alert, and upbeat on the last leg of my drive, so thanks girl! Wishing you the best:):)

$150.00 and not one channel I chose off the guide, out of 15, did they get. Stains on the room floors, refrigerator rattled so much that I had to unplug it to be able to sleep. NEVER AGAIN QUALITY INN YORK, YOU SUCK!!!!

So I found our stay disgusting, rooms stinks, carpet has big stains, walls were dirty toilet kept running to the side, staff waits for you to say good morning, good by ,good evening so on,They wanted to change me $167 in person when I told her I can book it she didn’t like it much I got it for $112 second night hated being stuck there so to car trouble the raised it to $147 on line they keep changing the prices. The beds are old and low .Next time I will pay to go to Holiday inn next door even if it’s more.I will avoid Quality inn it’s not worth what they charge. And water pressure it’s like a fixed income hardly enough on the sink and tub. This is an honest review the only reason for the stars so I can write this review they don’t deserve stars.

Crickets! My daughter and I spent a night here on our recent road trip. The room was infested with crickets, especially the bathroom where they were coming in from a hole in the corner. The carpet also had stains everywhere. When I suggested to the front desk person that they might want to do something about the crickets for the sake of whoever gets the room next, she said we must have something in our own part of the country that gets inside.

Stayed in room 105, wake up in the morning to find the sink backed up, took a shower and came out smelling like swamp. Let the front desk know about the problem to be told sorry we did some work in room 107. This shouldn't affect how the water in the shower comes out. And if it does they should have planned ahead so the guests aren't having this happen. Smelt like swamp the rest of the trip home.

Although I appreciate the hard work put in by the employees, I feel that our stay was overpriced. As guests, it was disappointing to not see any updates in the rooms, which did not contribute to a good experience.

Wonderful, quiet night's sleep. Conveniently located to the interstate, Walmart and convenience stores. The woman who checked us in was very nice, and helpful. "No biscuits and gravy", but the breakfast spread was abundant. Overall, a great stay.

Nice, clean, spacy room. Comfy bed. But my favorite part of our stay is Onita, the wonderfully fun woman that checked us in! She was just a blast! Put a bright ending on an otherwise long, difficult day. Thank you Onita!! ??

I've stayed at several Quality Inn's, the hotel itself was clean and didn't have any complaints there, but the customer service here is HORRIBLE! The initial check in was ok, took a few minutes because guy was on the phone, but nice enough. The next day I had an accident and fell in the shower because there were no non slip mats or grip in the tub. I let the front desk manager know and asked if we could get a mat. She was very dismissive and not at all concerned with what had happened. I told her I would like to file a complaint and she said she would take care of it. I highly doubt she did anything about it because she didn't ask me one question or fill out any paperwork. She was the manager and her hospitality skills were extremely lacking. The next morning I asked if we could get a late check out which I have never had a problem with. The lady at the front desk said the latest they could do was 11am. I asked what time normal check out was she very rudely said 10am. When I looked at my booking information it said checkout was 11 not 10am. We had a ball game that morning and were trying to get packed up. At about 11:03 they came banging on the door to inform us check out was 11 and that we needed to be leaving our room. I have NEVER stayed at a hotel where their staff was so RUDE!!! Also to add they don't have an elevator, which for my mom with a bad knee was not easy for her to get up and down. I go to the doctor tomorrow to make sure I didn't do severe damage to my shoulder. I HIGHLY DO NOT recommend any one staying here and I will NEVER GO BACK!
