Phone system from hell. I was stranded 3 miles away on the side of the Interstate and their phone system did not recognize my cell phone touch tones and there was no way to talk with a human. I got help from another roadside company that had to drive 45 miles to get to me. Don't count on getting ahold of anyone from a cell phone.

Stopped at this shop for a tire issue. They went above and beyond to help my situation. Unfortunately the original shop Knoxville Tennessee Petro shop screwed up the alignment. This caused the tire issue. And York Nebraska shop called them. And was basically told them they were not standing behind the work they did. And yes this made me angry ? ?. I can not say thank you enough to the York Nebraska shop for being so professional. I would absolutely recommend this shop. As far as the Knoxville Tennessee petro shop I would not recommend them to fix a damn thing.
