Great service, but don't forget to ask questions about the trailer electrical, it needs a special adapter.

Omg great experience! They are military friendly! $19.95 a day about .79 cents a mile! Wow you can not beat that price!!! We were in a car accident and needed a truck to take our boat in and out of the water! This was an amazing experience we got a huge Chevy Silverado and it was new and nice! It pulled our pontoon easy! And we had the best experience thank you Kayla!!! You rock and are amazing!!!!!!!!!

I got rerouted here for a trailer after I was contacted by the location on mission and was told they couldn't accommodate my reservation, and I'm so happy that happened. This location is awesome. It's a one man shop, and what a great man who runs it. Customer service is amazing, and you just enjoy your interaction with him. I'll definitely make this my primary location from now on.

This review rates my experience with the company as a whole and also this u-haul renting location. I rented a motorcycle trailer a month or so ago and had a good experience. One small issue: u-haul charged me twice for the rental and had to go back and credit. Their mistake. I rented the trailer during the week, which I think is the key to dealing with this company. Two days ago, I needed to reserve a different trailer from a different dealer. Their website showed this trailer at at least three different locations. I made the reservation at the first desired location and a few minutes later someone from that location called back and said "they don't have that trailer available." Well, u-haul, why does your website say one thing and reality says another?? Made a second reservation at a different facility and same problem. Geez!! Finally found the trailer at a different location that actually possessed the trailer and picked it up yesterday. I knew that the weekend was the WORST time to rent anything from u-haul, but this experience took the cake. There was only ONE employee there that had to do EVERYTHING--he had no helper nor assistant. Really, u-haul, you put him in a predicament that was nearly "abusive" by not providing the support that this employee need. I ended up waiting 45 minutes until I drove out with my trailer. I told him that I was absolutely NOT going to wait in line when returning the trailer and he said that was fine. But wait, it gets a bit better. My wife had to use the restroom and another surprise awaited us: dirty, no soap, no disinfectant, no toilet paper, and no paper towels...really?? I'll NEVER use u-haul again. Would rather pay more to use penske or some other company. And, renters, if you can swing it, DON'T rent on the weekends!

5 Stars even though I never rented the trailer after making a reservation. Willie was so nice and helpful when I made the reservation through him. I had a lot of questions and he was polite through it all. After I made the reservation Uhaul.com texted a link to me what the Res. # was, to use if I needed to change or cancel. A week later I bought a cargo trailer so I could have a couple of weeks to load, and not have to load the day uhaul would provide it. The day I purchased the trailer, I used the link to cancel my reservation, and got a cancellation verification. Unfortunately the company never informed Willie. 3 days went by and I decided I better let Willie know just in case. I phoned him today, sure enough he had not been informed. He knows now, I am disappointed he was not informed by Uhaul.com!

Friendly staff and knowledgeable about your Uhaul needs. They are a small location and don't always have a huge selection of equipment on hand all of the time. Reservations highly recommended! Quick, easy equipment drop offs. They do offer many of the usual Uhaul moving supplies for purchase inside the office.

Last minute request - great customer service let me reserve with just a name and phone number while I sorted things out. Reserved on the same day had truck ready within a hour to get there. Clean and everything was ready when I arrived just finalized payment and id.

I originally went here for a trailer hitch install before moving across country. The install was fine and I rented a trailer for the move. Fast forward a year and my breaks go out on my vehicle. I get towed to the local dealership and after $125 I discover that the break fuse was blown because of the shoddy wiring installed for the trailer hitch. It was just lengths of spare wiring lashed together with electrical tape and end caps. After several months of inquiries and phone calls I get a response. They are arranging for the wiring to be reinstalled by a local U-Haul at no cost. But no compensation was provided for missing a couple hours from work, tow truck fees and the fee for Toyota to figure out why my breaks stopped working and remove the faulty wiring.
