Worst pharmacy. Should be closed. They're RUDE, SLOW, and we will never come here again. Every time I come it gets worse. Wife's appt. Was yesterday at 3pm.... today at 11 they are not filled.... but in 15 min they will. Every time I come it's "they'll be ready in 15 min. Absolutely worst pharmacy. Just terrible

Since Jan. 2024I have been so disappointed in the way they talk and treat me now that Medicaid changed companies on me/them..and how they make me do all the calling around to Medicaid which ive never had to do before...they always took care of all of that! But oh boy let me tell ya, they don't wait on me like that no more. Walgreens has been waiting on me for the past 5 years straight with all tge same meds.As well as 25 more years ive given them..Im so disappointed and shocked.Want there to be a resolution. And back to normal. If not, tell me and I'll nicely go elsewhere.Go to folks who treat me with respect, dignity, kindness and companionship,

Can not stand having to deal with problems with them. Most of the staff is so rude. The only helpful one is the actual pharmacist. Half the times their no problem the next you cant get meds filled or they want to charge you some crazy price.

I call Walgreens at York, NE about a prescription. Lady asks if I want it today. I said yes. She then tells me that I must "opt out of mailing" from my primary insurance. I said I called them before and nothing worked, but for my other medication, this was not a problem before. So I asked her to see what was the issue, and she told me to "Go talk to a manager for your insurance next time." I then ask to talk to a person who can help me in the same Walgreens and overheard her say "can you tell this guy what I just told him? Yeah fun stuff." Then they ended the call. Worst experience I've had at walgreens.

The lady working in the pharmacy was so rude. I asked for my prescription to be filled as soon as possible when I called this morning. She made it sound like she would get to it when she got to it. Sure enough I stopped in before the lunch break and was told she would work on it after lunch. This is by far the worst customer service a pharmacy could have.

I wish I could give 0 stars because I have been going to this Walgreens for 10 years now and they are so rude and talk back to the customer. I have never been treated like that when I need to pick up my meds. There new staff needs an attitude adjustment.

I have to use a coupon for my meds and Walgreens Accepts my coupon. The York Walgreens is 50 miles from me and I was in line to pick up my meds and while I was waiting in line they closed their window. I couldn’t believe I drove all that way and they closed the window on me and one other customer. I was completely out of my meds and I can’t run out. Then my son makes a trip for me and guess what? They were out of my meds and wanted me to wait another day . If they were out you would think they would call me and let me know so that if I didn’t have enough I could call my doctor and have it filled somewhere else. I asked if they had any at all because I was out and they said yes but they would rather not do a Partial fill but I said no I am out I’ve got to have something. I know they wasn’t happy with me but they don’t care about their customers at all. I used to love going in there because everyone was friendly but now they are rude and shutting doors in your face. I understand they have had a long day but that’s the job they picked. They definitely need to learn people skills

My daughter was at the ER with her 2 year old son last night and needed medication, it was shortly before 8 (when they close) so the ER calls your pharmacy to let them know she is on her way for his medicine. when she arrives she waits in the drive thru behind another car and when it is her turn it is just after eight the attendant at the window picks up the phone and says it's after eight we are closed as my daughter was trying to explain your employee turned the lights off and walked away. My grandson went without his medication for the night, completely unprofessional behavior and this employee should be held accountable with disciplinary actions.
