Awful keeps going down and already had a tech out apparently its just their system ?

After 2 weeks of spotty service where the internet has been down every morning and a weekend long outage that they seemingly refused to fix the problem and where I lost my online job. I can no longer give my patronage to this company. They need a serious overhaul.
