A genuine nightmare. I was using this to provide internet to my mom’s house. I called to cancel service back in January 2023. Apparently service was still being provided, you wouldn’t know with how terrible the service was to begin with. And now they are trying to bully me for a bill for over $500. They said they have me on record cancelling my service but are still trying to charge me. Absolutely evil.

Let me start by saying I wish I didn't have to give them a star. This is the worst company in internet possibly the worst company of any category. Always out, I mean always. Say they will give you a discount they won't, their very own service technician told us to either get a different internet service or go buy another modem to link to theirs so the internet is actually working. Everytime we called to complain about our internet being down, "was so often I memorized their number"" they were extremely rude, unprofessional, one girl hung up on my wife cause they shut off our internet even though we paid and they made a mistake and she didn't want to deal with it, overall worst experience ever do not go with this internet service

Worst customer service experience! I have been without interenet since Monday, I have called several times a day, am always told they are working on my open ticket. Its now Thursday and still no internet and the team that is supposed to be working on it still has not contacted me. I will be switching providers ASAP due to their inability to resolve outage problems when I have told them time and time again to bring out a new modem that the one I have from them is 3 years old and definately is not working properly.

They are honest scam artists! They bill you for service you never signed up for and for service even after a "soft disconnect" has been implemented due to me not paying for a bill because I did not sign up for it! I told them I was moving and to disconnect and come to find out a month later that they were STILL billing me. 1 for service that was requested to be cancelled and 2. for service that THEY disconnected.I spoke with a rep from the states and they said there may have been a miscommunication with the rep I spoke with last time who was an overseas rep. They offered no resolution for the rep not understanding what I wanted and said it was my fault because I didn't pay my bill for services I never signed up for...Horrible company.

Absolute crooks. Bill you for service that wasn't even working. Continue to send you bill and add late fees. I've called them every month for the last 3 months saying I wasn't paying for service that I didn't have. Called today as I got another bill with another late fee told me their was nothing they could do about as I called to late. I said I have called you every month about this. They waved $14 dollars in late fees that is it. They are crooks. My internet service with them was out since the 2nd week in April 2022 and they could not get it fixed. I dropped their service in May because I had not service and they still sent me a bill. There so bad I can't even give them a star

When their service works, it's not bad. Their cable boxes and dvr capability are antiquated but their modems are okay. The real downfall lies in their service and their technicians. I'm guaranteed an outage every few months if not sooner, and it's usually a multi-day outage. I phoned the current one in overnight on Sunday. It's now Wednesday late and they still can't even tell me if there's anyone in the field actually looking at the issue. It's par for the course and anyone looking to subscribe to their service should be aware of this downfall. Don't let them sugarcoat it for you, they claim that they don't even have to get someone out for the first 24-48 hours, and after 48 they just get tired of you calling in to check on the service that you're paying for.

Zito has different service offerings. Most of the reviews here are in regards to their cable service. I have several customers using Zito FIBER in rural Nebraska and it has been outstanding. The service is always up, and is always as fast as it's supposed to be. When contacting support just be sure you're talking to the fiber group, and you'll have your problems resolved quickly.

The worst internet service I have ever worked with.Two weeks without internet! Takes at least a week to get a tech to your place. We called multiple times to get it fixed and they kept coming up with excuses. Customer service line was rude and would just make up stuff to get you off the phone. I don't recommend them to anyone. Better off with Windstream.

After 2 weeks of spotty service where the internet has been down every morning and a weekend long outage that they seemingly refused to fix the problem and where I lost my online job. I can no longer give my patronage to this company. They need a serious overhaul.

Updating review. Three years ago, I said they were awful. Now they somehow have gotten even worse. Internet and TV service is down more than it works. Again one star is too generous for this company. Too bad central Nebraska has so few choices.

If I could give no stars I would… So many outages. I canceled my service but was still being charged for a whole extra month, and it was so hard for them to refund me the money.

if i could give negative stars, i would. i NEVER leave reviews but my god, our internet is out at least every other day for hours at a time. for someone who works from home and this being their only option for an internet provider in the area, this is a really tough and frustrating situation. and when the wifi DOES work, it’s not strong enough for us to even stream a netflix movie without it stopping halfway through. WORST internet provider out there. would never recommend to anyone.

This company is genuinely garbage. They have no clue what they are doing. They can't even cancel the service properly and will try to bill you and charge your card months after you cancel. More people need to file complaints with the FCC about this company. Zito Media doesn't deserve to exist.

Please stay away from this company. If I could leave a negative 5 stars I would. We used them for our business and we were always down. I called and they said they would waive the early termination fee. I left and have not had one problem with the new company. They are now refusing to waive the fee. THEY ARE AWFULL.

I don’t think you could beat Zito for worst internet provider. Service is out at least one day per week. Average wait time for customer service is 45 minutes, only to hear that there’s an outage in your area. Sales team always answers within seconds. Only show in town, otherwise I would have left their service long ago.
