Came in short notice in the middle of a road trip with tire issues. All the employees were so nice and helpful. Service was timely, reliable, and affordable. We made it to our destination with no more problems! So glad to have found Point S.

RECOMMEND them totally! Thought wheel bearing was going out on truck while on I80, found this shop and I am so glad I did! Although my mechanical issues was much worse than a wheel bearing, them being swamped with vehicle in every bay, David actually called a mechanic in to solely work my vehicle so that they didn’t stop work on the ones ahead of me (which that in itself was the start of them telling me how they treated customers .. including out of town customers). Robert worked my vehicle in all day, the seals, the rear differential and fighting my “locked” lug nuts which I didn’t have a key for. They had someone (wish I would have got his name to recognize him) from a neighboring city 1hr away bring a 10-spline key to get wheels off. After close, Robert was committed and stayed after hours to get me back on the road. Robert and David’s back and forth conversations in regard to my repairs and game plans addressing them were amazing. In all my years of travel, break downs and meeting new people in service .. hands down these guys were top notch and great from start to finish. Love writing review on this because these guys and this establishment deserve the recognition and recommendation. Thanks a bunch for getting me back east to my family!! If management sees this at the least, throw a pizza party in honor of all your employees with David and Robert as the honorable mention :) and at the most .. well I will leave that to you. I can’t say enough for the service you provided but again, thank you!

Came into Battle mountain with my car having a left front wheel and brake issue with it grinding and vibrating. Asked my son if there was a shop that might look at it. He took me to Point S. This shop looked at it and repaired it within hours. I am so great full for their care and understanding, and professionalism. THANKYOU.

My son and I were about 1/2 mile from the Battle Mountain exit and blew a trailer tire. With help from a local man including a recommendation to go to Point S, our trip was saved. They were professional and efficient with a very reasonable cost. Everyone we met was helpful and friendly. We highly recommend Point S.

Fast friendly service! I bring in both of my vehicles for any service needed. I needed a vent replacement in my car and they got it replaced in no time!

Had 5th wheel tire repaired. Friendly customer service on phone. And when we arrived at shop were met quickly and service techs had us on the road within 25 to 30 minutes!!! Thank you.

Brought my 04 Silverado with multiple issues. These guys were great. David was friendly and informative. I received excellent service, greats prices (compared to the competition) and it was done in a timely manner. I will always bring my truck back to them in the future. Everyone here is extremely knowledgeable & personable. Super informative & extremely transparent!! They call you back with all possible answers to any questions about price, what’s exactly wrong with the truck & items they are suggesting to replace as well as accurate timelines on when they will have everything done. The engine on our truck blew as we were passing thru and thankfully this was the nearest shop. David and his team are were quite thorough, professional and worked hard to find us an engine to keep us within our budget. It took some time to find the right engine but we’re thankful they were able to get us back on the road. Truck runs great!

Was 1900 mi away from home and found a leak in gas tank. Within 30 min they had me in shop and fixing my problems. Very friendly and GREAT customer service. Thanks guys

This place was so nice to me. Jiffy Lube didn't reset the sensor on my car after oil change and I had a very long road trip from SF back to Utah. My light came on when I was on the road, so I stopped at Point S and they checked my oil and reset the sensor for me. They were so helpful and put my mind at ease. The rest of the trip back was stress free! Thank you guys so much!!!
