Such a great place to visit. The history alone was well worth the drive. The wild donkeys were a sight.

Donation based museum that collects local historical artifacts.It was interesting to learn a bit more about the local history.

From Beatty Museum & Historical Society
Beatty Museum formed in 1995 and is currently housed in what was once a Catholic Church. Two attached expansions have been built at separate times to house the growing collection. The Abrams Room and Parsons Room are both dedicated to the their donors and have enabled the museum to rotate exhibits or displays that are not permanent, host touring exhibits from the Nevada Arts Council and local artists. Outdoor exhibits, and free information are always available. Participating member of the Museums for All initiative. We are a 501(c)3 non profit entity and we welcome guests from all over the world.
