This pharmacy is so slow. It should not take 30 minutes of me waiting in a line of 3 cars for me to pick up my prescription that is ready.
Also I went here to pick up a prescription that had been sent over the day before (morning hours). I went to pick up the medication after noon of the following day, more than 24 hours later, and was told the medication wasn't ready. OK fine, I agreed to come back later. Literally as I am pulling out of the parking lot, I get a text that it is ready. Seriously???

Ever since they went under new management I have a new problem every month. Or a new rule. The last management was perfect and fast. All they did was slow it down and cause more problems then fixing

Very Nasty staff.
I believe her name is Mickey B. While I understand that everyone has bad days. I expect a higher level of customer service and respect from staff when a customer is shopping.

This review is specifically about the store's in house Bakery department. I went in on a Tuesday morning to pre-order a custom decorated birthday cake to be like one in a photo that I provided. I needed to pick up the cake on Thursday for an evening birthday event. I was told that the only Cake Decorator would be off work on Wednesday and Thursday, so, no. I asked how long the cakes "keep"... they keep for days. "Can you guys make the cake today and I'll pick it up on Thursday? You'd have to hold it until then because I have no place to hide it!" The order taker said "Yes, we can do that!" She said I couldn't speak directly with the Cake Decorator, but I could bring in a printed photo of the way the cake should look. I brought in the photo and they took my order. I was relieved but nervous that they were now doing it same day. And I knew when I picked it up on Thursday there was no fixing any issues. When I came in on Thursday I could not believe how PERFECT the cake was! The cake decorator had even mixed the perfect light sage green for the frosting. The font, decoration writing and colors matched my photo perfectly! The cake looked like I paid $65 for it but it cost NO WHERE NEAR that. For 65. I could have had FOUR of these cakes. They may have given me a discount because of how eager and specific I was, and because I couldn't get the cake made "fresh" due to their scheduling/short staff issue. I do not know the name of their Cake Decorator but they absolutely did the most amazing job. They really know what they were doing. And the cake tasted just like you'd expect a fresh grocery store bakery cake to taste.

We stopped in to grab lunch after Hoover Dam and our lovely checker told us about a park we had driven by about 4 minutes back with covered picnic areas and big horn sheep! The sheep were there and it was a highlight of the day.The pre-made deli sandwich was not very good, but the rolls we got from the bakery area were fresh and delicious. Groceries seemed reasonably priced and the store was clean.

On may 17th around 4pm, my boyfriend and i went into Albertsons to get some white claws to go out to the lake. At self checkout, the man who was working at the self checkout station, asked us for both of our IDS. But my boyfriend was the one buying the alcohol, so we went back out to the car to grab my ID, as we came back in, he put our stuff back already. He was the absolute rudest person. I was quiet upset because he wasted our time not only once, but twice. He was a white man with longer hair. If i could rate this experience it would be a 0
