I cannot express my gratitude enough for Isaiah! While driving from Prescott, AZ to Reno, NV my car threw 3 dummy lights just south of Hoover Dam. Isaiah went beyond out of his way to help me to find exactly what my car needed to get me back on the road. He's an angel, for sure!

Never have I ever had a bad experience here. The staff changes often, but just how they keep the knowledgeable staff they get is beyond me. They are solid and not going away from our city. Convenient, close to main highway good chance you'll find what you need.

The place to go where you not only get one incredibly helpful, knowledgeable employee to patiently help you figure out a 3 day problem. You get a whole store of them…and they were all smiling!!! ??? Thank you Danny and anyone else that was so nice, it really was appreciated.

Wow. They really don't make customer service like this anymore. So, my tire was a little flat earlier in the day. I filled it. And drive to work. I am a gig driver and I was working in Boulder City NV. It's 8 miles from Henderson and an hour or so from Vegas. I made my first delivery and noticed my tire had gone down again. Stopped to fill it, but as soon as I removed the air hose, every unit of air released from the tire from the valve stem! I was now stranded and screwed. I call roadside and they said one hour. All I needed was the tools to put my spare on. I wait an hour, they say another hour. I have a old Mazda do the AC doesn't work to well while idling. It was getting to be around 109 and I said forget it and looked up the closest AutoZone and walked there. Danny took care of me . He made sure my spare got on my car, gave me directions to Firestone and I am forever grateful. Seriously the nicest most helpful bunch of employees I have encountered in a long time. Store manager should be proud!

I love this place!! The times I've gone in, it's been all girls working and they not only know their stuff but they are so nice. The greet you when you walk in and I've always been ignored when I walk into to other stores. I came in to buy a boat battery and they suggested that I switch out both batteries. They didn't try to upsale me, they were just informing me. I didn't listen and my old battery did drain the new one. When I went in to get a new second battery, they were so nice about it and didn't make me feel like the idiot that I was. They even helped me with a jumpstart in case I was in this situation again. They are just really nice people and I appreciate it. Side note, they all have red hair and that's pretty cool too!
