Most of us have seen the TV ad where a family mom says "Let's see where AAA can take us?" After her visions of the beach, mountain retreats, etc. the family is now outside viewing their car with a flat tire. She then says "But 1st let's get this fixed." With AAA the family would have waited hours and perhaps even missed their vacation. Ha-ha. Big John's in Boulder City is dependable, professional, friendly, and like a previous reviewer said, always goes the extra mile in assistance realizing that we are all subject to a tow situation. I'm a 50 + year resident of Boulder City, and have used their services a number of times. They are the absolute BEST!

Transmission failure on Christmas Day at mile marker 6 into AZ. They sent someone out quickly and while I sadly forget his name.. he was courteous, knowledgeable, and really the best we could have asked for out of a bad situation. Highly recommended!!

The owner Lee has a heart of gold and their lead driver Brian knows the ins and outs of everything from mechanics to what vehicles are reliable/safe. 5 stars!

Brandon with Big John's Towing was able to get to me at Kingman Wash Road where it goes to Lake Mead in an hour from my call. He was very professional, quick, and helpful. Walked me through what we were going to do, gave me some recommendations for the future, and pointed out that my camper tires were due for replacement.

Nobody wants a tow, but when I broke down on the highway near Boulder City, I wanted and needed a tow! Lee at Big Johns got a truck to me within 30 minutes. I forget the young mans name that picked me up but he was great. I was hooked up and taken to BK Kustoms within 45 minutes of when I called. Great choice and service. Thanks guys.
