This is a fabulous stay! Love that they have a restaurant and bar within the same building. We visited the Dam Museum and art gallery that showcases local artists also while there since it was inside also. Walking distance so may bars and shops. Rooms were comfortable and beautifully appointed to harken back to the 30's but still with modern comforts! Will definitely stay here any time were staying the weekend in Boulder City!

Loved this hotel. I was happy to find that it does have a convenient, but small elevator, if you park on the right side when facing the building. Enjoyed the informative museum. Our room was a mixture of vintage Stickley, mission-style furniture, pedestal sink, and modern bathroom wall dispensers. No complimentary breakfast, but a coffee room and Restaurant 1933 (and a famous breakfast place down the street).

This is my second time in boulder city nevada. My friend and I stayed in boulder not at this hotel. This was our first time staying and it was wonderful. We will have to do this again for sure. The one thing make sure that dinner is on reservation only. We had breakfast and a raspberry tea after checking in. Everyone was very nice had got the best service. Thank you to the young ladies in the restaurant and the lady who checked us in. We had a relaxing and wonderful restful night.

I went to the Hoover Dam museum in the hotel and it was a really great experience. I didn't see any employees but there were signs showing us were the museum was. It was free and answered all the questions I had after visiting the Hoover Dam. It was really interesting and super informative. I spent about an hour here but it can be done faster if you don't read all the little signs.

A great mixture of history with modern features exactly where you need them. The staff is great, attentive and helpful. The rooms are well done, firm beds and comfortable sheets and blankets. Right in the heart of the historical part of the town, walkable to restaurants and antique shops. We had a very nice stay.

We checked in and the process was easy. They have a coffee and tea time scheduled AM and PM, but breakfast is not included, as it says in the Google description of the place. We were told that the restaurant does offer free coffee and coffeecake to guests in the morning if you show them your room key, but only eat in... They will not serve it to go. The room is clean, and the bed feels a little on the harder side. The AC worked well, which was great because the weather was HOT. The town has vintage shops and restaurants, and the hotel is close to everything (walking distance). We visited the speakeasy downstairs, and people were nice there. The front desk did not know the answers to any of the questions we had about the lounge (ie. Operating hours, live music times, and snack options). If staff at the hotel greeted the guests, the experience would be more welcoming (front desk and housekeeping never greeted proactively and rarely responded to our good mornings or good evenings). Small changes could go a long way.
