I love Zoltar! I was recently in Vegas and stopped at the Zoltar in MGM Grand. I put my dollar in and listened to the message but when it came time to print a fortune, nothing printed. :(So I emailed Characters Unlimited to let them know their machine was out of tickets. They replied and asked me to send them my address so they could make it up to me.I did.And they went above and beyond!What amazing customer service! If they treat some random guy who only lost a dollar (in Vegas of all places!) in one of their machines I bet they are great with their business customers.

Wow! The Best decision I ever made for my store. I am the owner of Broadway Magic, one of the oldest Magic Shops in the southeast. Zoltar has been working for me about 12 years and he never eats or sleeps but one thing he does really well. He makes me lots of cash. Characters Unlimited has a real winner here! But the thing that amazes me most is how well he is built and how little maintenance has been done on him over the years. I do have to change a light bulb every few years. But the most impressive thing about Zoltar is the "We stand behind our product" at Characters Unlimited. They are always there to answer any questions and every now and then I actually talk to the president of the company when I call.Make the investment! My Kids laughed when I bought my Zoltar Machine a little over 10 years ago, but recently they both asked me how they can get one after seeing him tell fortunes - and making a fortune $ for me over the years! Zoltar has made me over $100K in the 10 years I've had him, while the cost of repair in that time has been less than $50 in replaced light bulbs! More profit and less hassle than renting my Las Vegas Condo! Now I've just started with the Credit card accepter, and raised the fee from $1 to $2 and he's pulling in even more $ now! He Truly is "The Amazing Zoltar"!

These people are amazing! I was visiting Vegas from NY and lost $1 in one of their machines for the squished penny. I was leaving Vegas the next day, but called their office and left a message about the lost $1. they were so friendly and not only mailed me the coin i wanted, but sent me some additional ones.
