Terrible AI call log system. You cannot get direct contact to a live pharmacist. It is bug prone and unresponsive. It also will not validate account information correctly, which it then does not allow for contact to store without. I manage my grandfather's care remotely, through home care and CVS has not responded to issues with his Medicare pharmacy drug charge for a prescription that was never filled for over 5 days now. Cannot get direct contact to the store. Go back to live call service, this is prohibitive to patients.

CVS in boulder city is always friendly and will go outta there way to help you,the pharmacy which I mainly deal with for the most part are very friendly,try to fix issues when needed and they seem to really care bout my health and remind me of shots I need and the whole pharmacy team even though there usually overwhelmed always keep it together even sometimes I might of been a bit over whelming myself,store is always spotless and the managers Debbie,maria,Bonnie are a class act and deserve the very best of my appreciation thank you

My husband went to fill my medication and one of the staff members told him my medicine was “just itch cream” and had him buy a different cream than what was prescribed. I was prescribed something totally different than what she rudely told him. Furthermore - it’s NOT the pharmacy’s place to tell me that I cannot fill my medicine and to just buy this instead. I saw a DOCTOR for a reason.

We spend most of our time in Pahrump, but travel to Boulder City for our prescriptions and other medical supplies. The employees at the Boulder City CVS are the best, kindest, most knowledgeable when you have questions. We love them all!!!
