Superioe Customer Service!!!!! I hit a pothole on Highway 93 and blew out one of my Bridgestone DriveGuards (piece of crap Bridgestone product). But the service that I received from Mr Reyes, the store manager, in locating a hard to fine sized new tire was exceptional. And he provided outstanding pricing! Thank you Mr Reyes for the OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!!

I don't know if they went to the Middle East to get the oil. It took 4 hours for an oil change. Why make an appointment if it takes that long. They should tell you that online. I could have drilled for oil and finished my vehicle faster than they did.

While in the middle of an eleven hour road trip, my lower engine cover shield came unattached and was dragging on the ground. Firestone was able to get my car in immediately as I rolled into town. They didn’t charge me for the removal of the cover shield and everyone was so friendly. They really saved the day and allowed me to continue on my road trip! I am so grateful.

My wife took her company car in for an oil change and the tire pressure was low she asked them to fill her tires as well. When she left she noticed that her tires were still reading the same low pressure, She returned and the manager told her that the pressure sensors had not updated yet to come back if she had a problem. I tested the tires manually and they were all still had the same pressure that they had before. These guys also told her that her battery was bad so I got it tested, the nice people at AutoZone tested the battery and it is perfectly fine. These guys FIRESTONE AND IT'S MANAGERS ARE THIEVES AND LIARS DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. This photo of tire pressure was taken one minute after I filled all four tires myself.

I went to Firestone for an oil change on the company car I'm driving. When I picked up the car, I asked the manager if they checked the tires and checked the pressure. He said the tires were ok and they filled it with air. So I started the car and the tire pressure reading wasn't changed. The manager said it needs to run some distance for the pressure reading to adjust. My husband checked the pressure when I got home, and the pressure wasn't changed. I felt I was lied to.

Great service and always willing to help with any issue. I find the Manager, Lorenzo at the Boulder City Firestone to be very kind and caring. I always take my car there and they will always do a great job.

Exceptional, honest and genuine professional shop!
Our 21-year old van was experiencing a major tire issue after 6.5 hours into a 10-hour trip. As we explained the problem, Ken listened and then assessed the tire issue. The tire had failed internally and would cost about $150 to get us back on the road quickly.
We explored the local area while Ken and team worked. He called and explained that the van was overheating & asked how long that been going on. After some discussion, we authorized another test to assess the engine situation. Ken later told us that before we repair a $150 tire it would be best to see if the engine issue was serious. It was.
Sadly, the engine issue was more serious and would cost way more than the vehicle was worth. We’re glad Ken was honest in telling us about the situation and providing us options to repair the vehicle, just the tire or both. He was extremely helpful and wanted us to make an informed decision.
The shop itself was clean, well maintained and Ken ensured customers’ safety by gently reinforcing that customers enter the non-shop area. Additionally, the bathroom was clean, well supplied and worked well.
I’d recommend this shop to anyone who needs work done.

Had an 8am appointment for an oil change and was told it would be a little bit of a wait which I was ok with. 2 hours later a 10am appointment came in and was promptly pulled into the bay even though there was 2 customers ahead of them. I wont be returning.

My AC went out and I was able to get an appointment on the same day. Joey was very friendly and helpful. He took the time to explain everything to me. Service was prompt and prices were reasonable.

I needed tires for a very old suv and made an appointment. I was greeted immediately and Joey gave me his full attention, helping me to choose tires from several options and prices. There was a sale and he suggested one that would meet my need for safety with a good warranty. It also was priced at half of what I had planned- he felt it was a worthy, sturdy tire and would provide my old car with a smooth, quiet ride. There was no sales pressure, only assistance. The tires were ordered, came in by 8 am the next day and were installed with an inspection and wheel alignment by noon. The tires are very quiet and do ride very smooth so far. I was treated with great courtesy and saw others also receive this courtesy too. Because of the savings I can now return to replace my worn shocks very soon. Overall it was the best service and tire shopping experience I have ever had and I highly recommend the shop.
