I'm based in the UK.
I have always loved the pens by Fisher, but recently my much-love space pen developed a fault. Was instructed to pop it in the post to them, and they returned a replacement unit exceptionally quickly. Top-quality customer service and simple warranty, the likes of which is difficult to find these days, especially for an inexpensive product. Thank you!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. These people are led by Kelly who sets the snotty stage for her employees. I ordered 30 pens, thinking I'm getting a silver engraving onto the pen. When they arrived with gold engraving, but with silver ink writing, I called to ask them to change the cartridge to black, but was met with the first stage of snotty by the girl on the phone that couldn't wait to show this was all my fault - and to tell me they would not change out the cartridge. After calling for the manager, Kelly showed me their true colors - and it's all snotty - and far worse. All they care about is who's to blame - and no care to fix my simple mistake of "INK SELECTION" or to make their clients spending over $1,500. for custom pens happy. They have 5 questions to answer when ordering custom engraving. The one question about the INK color - I thought was the color of the engraving. It's not that clear. But they have no interest in fixing this mistake. THEY are happy just to point the blame at me, their online ordering customer.

I worked there many years ago. Mr Fisher lived upstairs. A gal named Bunny was my boss. I made special orders. Filing the cartridges by hand and putting them together. I am 73 years old now.. those were the good old days.

As I said in the post , great product, great customer service. These are the best pens. American made, here in Boulder City, Nevada. I have been using them since about 1974. Still the same perfect quality and so many colors and styles to choose from !!!

How many of you knew that the Fisher Space Pen is manufactured right here, in Boulder City?! Almost right in my very own backyard! ? I had no idea so it was obviously time to take a field trip… haha ?. We wanted to do something that made us think of & celebrate our late brother- that he would have thought was pretty interesting & cool, also.
Although they don’t give tours, the lovely woman that represents the front of the office/store front, Michelle, was AMAZING!?? I mean- first of all, she had answers to every single one of our questions without missing a beat. She definitely knows her stuff. Every single model number my brother rattled off, she could take us right to & tell us all about it! Also, anyone that knows my brother or myself at all, knows that either one of us can be a handful, alone- and the TWO of us together…. Well, let’s just say I think we definitely livened up her morning ? and probably made her earn a Friday night cocktail! ? haha
She was genuinely SO patient, friendly, and without even knowing it- lifted our spirits with the wonderful energy she was giving right back to us. If you ever go check them out, give a shoutout to Michelle and tell her she’s awesome ??♀️! Also- grab yourself a pen while you’re there… it’s 20% off when you walk in and purchase them ?.

I have never visited. Let me explain. I purchased what I thought was a CH4 off Ebay. When the pen arrived, it did not have the side release button. It was a conventional click mechanism. Otherwise, it looked similiar to a CH4. I thought I may have been scammed. So, I called the Fisher Space Pen company and spoke to a very nice lady named Shelley. Long story short, she asked me to email pics of the pen I had purchased, so they could research it and let me know what I had purchased. About an hour after speaking with Shelley, I checked my email. She had responded with the information I needed. I was told I indeed had a pen that was manufactured by the Fisher Pen Company. It was an early (pre 1969) Space Pen called the P-1. It was discontinued in 1969. It was sold with the famous pressurized refill. (Mine has the original refill. It still writes in blue ink!)I was told the last known retail price was $2.95 (About $25 in 2023) and that was all they could tell me about it.This is an extremely rare pen! The customer service I received without even having purchased a product directly from them was exceptional! I will be a future customer for life.

I thought this would be ideal compared to so many other, cheaper, pens that don't track well. You know where you have to scribble a bunch to get the ink flowing. This pen claims it "Performs in temperatures from -30ºF to +250ºF, underwater, in zero gravity, at any angle–even upside down!" however, I still had to scribble a bunch to get the ink out, and it lasted less than a year though I only write a few notes a couple times a week. I read somewhere about pens behaving differently for left-handers and thought this super pen would be up for the task, but it behaved no differently than any other cheap pen I've experienced.As others have said, the customer service team does not seem to communicate very well internally, and had misunderstandings about weather I was attended to or my issues resolved.60$ paperweight.

VERY poor customer service. Pen did not write well and assumed it was a simple cartridge issue. Customer service never responded when emailed. When I finally called they never apologized. Her suggestion was to mail the ink cartridge to Quality Control for an evaluation. I'm a repeat customer. You've got to be kidding as my gasoline in the truck costs more than the cartridge. Such LOW commitment to repeat customers. I will not return. Please think twice about your purchase. I love to always give top ratings to companies. Such a let down! It must be the times. Look at former reviews...same issues with customer service. Seems to be a common thread of commitment!

Went to the company store today, had an issue with a pen that I had purchased last year, not only left with a new pen a newer model...no charge. Wow customer service like it's meant to be. Gained a lifetime customer well done Fisher!
