So, picture this: I stroll into this auto parts store expecting the usual mundane experience, but boy was I wrong! They were so eager to assist that I half expected them to break into a cheerleading routine about spark plugs.
Now, picture this scene: my car's check engine light is glowing like a miniature sun, so they whip out their high-tech scanner faster than a NASCAR pit crew changes tires. Turns out, the culprit behind my automotive drama was none other than my rebellious gas cap—apparently, it thought airing out was more stylish.
Finding a store where customer satisfaction is more than a slogan is like discovering a unicorn giving driving lessons—it's rare and absolutely delightful. If you want service that's as entertaining as it is informative, this place is your ticket to automotive enlightenment.

This place is amazing. We got a flat tire while on I-11 south and had to pull off into a parking lot about half a mile down the road. We couldn’t get the lug nuts off to put the spare on and called our roadside assistance. We were ghosted by three different services and finally just started calling mechanics and auto parts shops in the area to see if anyone could possibly help us out. We had our dog with us and it was getting very hot, so we were beginning to panic. This O’Reilly was amazing, the manager I spoke to immediately asked if we had water after hearing we’d been stranded for over 4 hours in the heat, and sent someone out to help us within fifteen minutes. Thomas brought us water and managed to get the spare on and we were quickly on our way back home. They didn’t charge us anything (though I did send Thomas a tip for his help). A huge shoutout to the manager and Thomas for the help and the restoration of our faith in humanity.
