Cake for propane. The kid came out & couldn't fill my tank. He said it was my tank. It obviously wasn't because nobody else has an issue with it. Filled fine at the next place. Only reason I give it 2 stara is because the ladies are nice behind the counter but that is unacceptable. This kid needs to learn to do his job & either stop being lazy or maybe he didn't want to admit they were out of propane idk.

I was right now there and it was really nice. I‘m a tourist from Europe and have not experiences about tanking in the U.S. The guy at the gas station was very very kind and helpful. Thank you!

It’s fine if they want to check ID for alcohol or tobacco but they can not pick and choose… like how are you going to tell me 3x I know you I’ve seen your ID a bunch of times so one time I left without my wallet and I was like it’s okay they know me they never ask for my ID so I didn’t turn back and OMG the girl at the counter had the worst stank attitude like she had no idea who I was… Boulder City is so small… I think it’s the owners son but he couldn’t even make eye contact with me because he knew he was in the wrong. Start checking IDs on everyone!!! STOP trying to make people feel special or quit acting lazy like you ask for my ID I’ll have it every time don’t play games with me nothing more I hate then wasting my time…

This place was horrible today. I have been going there for 9 years. The young girl at the counter didn't have a clue of what she was doing. I had a coupon that was on the back of an Albertsons receipt for 5 cents off gas, two dollars off car was, and a free beverage. I go here all the time. She didn't know what she was doing, there was an Asian kid next to her on his cell phone fooling around, she didn't know how to address the coupons and he said he never seen this before. Are you freaking kidding me?? The girl gave me my change in quarters, no singles, and when I went back in for my money for the gas she gave me dimes. I asked her if she wanted a few singles that I had some in my bag, and she said no. Horrible customer service, who owns this place?

Today, I went to get gas and a car wash. I went inside and paid for both, and then I went to get the gas.When I went to pump the gas, there wasn't any gas! Ok, so I go back inside and asked to please be put on another pump. The lady says, " we have no gas." I'm like , what?? She said just get premium, I don't want premium, I want regular. Then, I asked for my money back, I think she thought I was going to leave my money there! Go figure. I go to another gas station, Rebel, another rip-off, get the gas, and go for my car wash. There was a truck there blocking to get into the car wash.. REALLY! The last time I went for gas and a car wash there, there wasn't any soap in the car wash. I had to go back inside and ask, " Why isn't there any soap?" It's hard to believe that it is so difficult to keep gas and soap full.. what is going on there? This wasn't the first time either..

you have a really nasty employee that had my car towed within an hour while my tow truck was on the way. absolutely unnecessary and horrible.

Wow, what a great gas station! Stopped in after hours to find pumps still open and filled up with 16 gallons for under $60. Icing on the cake was the fabulous and very thorough car wash. Every single bug we hit coming from California came off and our brake dust covered wheels have never been so clean and residue free!

I came here for a stop on my trip many years ago and come back every time now. The staff has been pretty friendly every time I come in. It's clean and organized as expected.This place always has the brand of chips I like that I can't get in California surprisingly. No complaints.

Great car wash . Propane . Rvs. Bottles .bring it in . Girls will fill it up ..so go see how they show there skills. One Dam nice bunch of Ladies work there. Dam sure of that...Have a gander. At the FINO Dino. Boulder city best gas station.

Whoever the mother and daughter Hispanic staff members are who work here need to remember that they work in the customer service industry, A more miserable, racist, ignorant pair of females, I’ve never come across. If they’re the owners of this gas station, they need to remember even if though they clearly despise non Hispanics that BC is predominantly a republican biased Caucasian city with a mid 40s median age. If they are not the owners and just staff members, then the owners need to retrain them or fire them simple as that. The daughter is ignorant and wears her earbuds and ignores you with just the occasion grunt to acknowledge your existence and mother whilst older has even less manners. I run a business in Boulder City that spends on average $8k a year in fuel which o won’t be spending at the Sinclair. This is not the level of service that I expect from a Sinclair and the other staff members were 1000% better. The only saving grace is the son who actually seem to know what he is doing, care and seems to know what the words please, thank you, you’re welcome and good morning mean.
