They are on a fake review blitz campaign right now and it is illegal to pressure customers for positive reviews. Lying to someone instead of explaining why you decided not to do a very simple task is some heavy lifting. First, it was $6.00 to print out a shipping label. Then they said actually they couldnt let me drop off a $15.00 small item Amazon return for my husband of 20 years even though we are 50 years old with the same name and address and Ive done it a thousand times. They said the “email link wouldnt work and he had to send it himself”. (he did send it genius! thats how we are looking at the actual return label together right now…. thats $6.00 to print out….) Honestly- I could always tell that they were rude, -just never to me yet, because Im so extra nice on purpose. I finally got the true colors that match all the other reviews. Also I have used them for printing for years and its usually pennies for each page. So I went to another ups store and they did it in 25 seconds for free like usual. Im sure I will get a sickening reply to my review with more gaslighting and condescending BS implying that I dont how to do an amazon return or I dont know what Im talking about etc. Thanks in Advance for that.

The staff is always very welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and extremely efficient. I’ve been to many UPS stores across Las Vegas and Henderson but I prefer to go to our local store where everyone knows your name.
