I came here to get my passport. My original appointment is had was canceled, but I was able to reschedule to another date and time that wasn't too far off.
This post office wasn't busy at all. There was another family ahead of me. There wasn't a long wait at all.
The staff was friendly.
If you need to get your passport and don't mind going to Boulder City, I recommend this location.
I received my passport in 2 weeks with regular service. I'm very pleased with the time it took to receive the passport. I wasn't expecting it to arrive for 6-8 weeks.

Boulder city postal service charges high dollar and takes your money and your packages will go on a journey and come back to you never reaching its destination i pay high dollar for. New custom declaration needed. Really? So your incompetent postal worker should know that. Of course does not. Thanks for again and again waisting our money for no service rendered at all. Wow, where are the regular postal workers that know what they are doing and these costly crap of no service wont happen in the first place? In this post office is only one person that knows how to mail packages over seas correctly. 1! How sad!

Great place for passports. You don’t have to make an appointment if you are just renewing, but if it is your first time applying you must call ahead for an appointment. The staff is very helpful and thorough for helping you make sure everything is complete and they take photos right there. They also can provide money orders to attach to applications. We received our new passports within a month. Thanks for your support!

I highly recommend this place for passport application. very smooth and the person in-charge is very knowledgable about the process, especially what documents you really need to present. go here instead of the USPS Henderson boulder hiway which sucks big time!

They really couldn't be nicer here, and I have never run into the issues people have mentioned. The only thing I don't like is having to drive through that hard-to-avoid downtown area to get there. Better to approach it from the other end if you can.

I used to live here, on Ash street. Maybe 4 years? Got a hip replaced in Vegas, wanted a challenge so got called away to make snow in Sun Valley. This was 2018 let’s say… I eventually moved to NYC, where I’m a photographer, but sadly, I got prescribed “those drugs” you hear about- you know the ones- they cost $700/month and my Medicare plan covers $12. That’s $688/month for LIFE, no substitutions, no generics. I’m choking here in NYC as I find an Indian joint in Mumbai that will send me a month’s worth for $40, Wow! So I PayPal the guy and they ship to… Boulder City!?!? I’ve not changed my PayPal address in 10 years. I track the package to the Boulder Cigy PO, “out for delivery,”, a message has been left at the door but the new renter says, “he left years ago, thought he went up to Sun Valley”. Same time, I’m running out of my Eliquis and I’m direct calling the Post Office, feeling like I’m going to have a heart attack or something if I don’t get this package in a couple of days!
Well, the woman I spoke with said, “I called the guy out on delivery, we are ready to take your new address” and I just received my pills here in NYC a couple of days later. I can’t tell you descriptively exactly what I feel about the Boulder City Postal people- I’m bouncing off the ceiling!- but the kindness was fantastic and I didn’t stroke out- but I can say, “they’re the BEST!”
THANK YOU THANK YOU, BCPO!
